Chamber discusses housing foreclosures

The Agoura/Oak Park/ Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce will a host a breakfast at 8 a.m. Thurs., Aug. 8 at Terri's Cafe in Agoura Hills to discuss the growing number of foreclosures in the real estate market.

Zane Widdes, a Chamber member and realtor with Rodeo Realty in Westlake Village, will discuss how foreclosured property can be bought in today's market before and after they go back to the bank.

Corey Reid, vice president with First Horizon Mortgage in Agoura Hills, will also address how buyers can finance foreclosures with a low down payment. To attend the breakfast,call (818) 889-3150.
