Creek restoration underway

IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE- Officials from the city of Calabasas and the Mountains Restoration Trust break ground last week on a $1.1million project that will eliminate the 30year-old concrete lining of Las Virgenes Creek near Agoura Road in Calabasas and replace it with native vegetation.
