Oak Park climber Michael Reardon remembered for daring feats

      In the midst of celebrating the city's 25th anniversary, officials in Agoura Hills have developed a mission statement. Louis Celaya, assistant to the city manager, recently reported to the City Council that the "time has come" for a clear city mission.

      The Agoura Hills City Council turned down an appeal to build a carwash, lube and detailing center in Old Agoura. The city's planning commission denied the project in March, but developers Aitan and Schlomy Hillel and their representative, Tom Cohen, appealed the decision.
