Local orthodontist to address conference
      Dr. James Mulick, an Agoura Hills orthodontist, will speak at the international meeting of the Velocardiofacial Syndrome Education Foundation July 20 to 22 in Dallas, Texas. The syndrome is a birth defect. Its most common features are a cleft palate and heart defects.
