Barry and Sonia Howard

Barry and Sonia Howard, a veteran husband-and-wife real estate team, have joined the staff of Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/ Westlake Village, according to broker/owner Bob Majorino.

The Howards, local residents since 1979, were licensed in Ventura County in 1989 and have been selling real estate ever since. Barry and Sonia are both broker associates and consistently are in the top 10 for the company. They have received Diamond Sales awards and the Service Excellence award. Their fellow sales associates voted for them to receive the Team Player award.

The Howards have invested hours in the pursuit of excellence and as a result hold several special designations. They have both earned their GRI designation, which is awarded to those in the industry with a keen understanding of the real estate business. They are also Accredited Buyer Representatives, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. As Senior Real Estate Specialists, they are experienced and knowledgeable in meeting the needs of seniors.
