Terry Holland

The award for top listing agent from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office for March 2007 went to Terry Holland.

Known for his longterm history of excellent production, 2006 was no exception for Holland. At the company's awards banquet in February, he received Prudential's President's Circle award, which placed him in the top 5 percent out of Prudential Real Estate's network of more than 68,000 sales professionals. In addition, Holland joined the Gibraltar Circle as one of Prudential California Realty's top 20 agents.

As associate branch manager of the North Ranch/Westlake Village office, his achievements provide a role model to the sales professionals he assists and counsels on a daily basis.
