'Beauty and the Beast' opens soon

Cabrillo Music Theatre will present the theatrical version of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" Fri. through Sun., July 27 to 29 and Thurs. through Sun., Aug. 2 to 5 at the Fred Kavli Theatre in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

Showtimes will be at 8 p.m. July 27 and 28 and Aug. 2 through 4, with 2 p.m. matinees July 28 and 29 and Aug. 4 and 5. Ticket prices range from $23 to $52.

Scenes from the show will be presented at the city of Westlake Village TGIF "Broadway Night" at 7 p.m. Fri., July 13 at City Hall, 31200 Oak Crest Drive. The event is free.
