Triunfo YMCA to offer golf camp

The Triunfo YMCA, which serves Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Oak Park, will host a oneweek "Hole-In-One" golf camp from Mon. to Fri., July 16 through 20 at Los Robles Golf Course, 299 S. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

"Triunfo YMCA is working with First Tee, a golf program sponsored by the World Golf Foundation, to put on the camp," said Patrick Yarrow, Triunfo YMCA program director. "First Tee holds golf clinics for youth around the country. It promotes character development and lifeenhancing values through the game of golf. Campers receive golf lessons from First Tee instructors while learning leadership and character-building skills."

Golf camp runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Sumac Elementary School in Agoura Hills, where campers will take part in Triunfo YMCA's Summer Camp "Rally Day Color Wars" competitions.
