Pat Helton, broker associate, CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES, CN and e-PRO at the Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Regional Office, has been ranked in the top 50 agents in the Los Angeles North West Region for the first quarter of 2007. Helton has been a top producing agent with Coldwell Banker in the Conejo Valley since 1985.

Helton is a certified ePRO agent, the highest technology designation for Realtors nationwide. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Certified Negotiator and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
