Barry and Sonia Howard

Broker/owner Bob Majorino and the management and staff of Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village have welcomed husband and wife team, Barry and Sonia Howard to their office. The couple have been local residents since 1979.

Licensed in Ventura County in 1989, the team has been selling real estate in the area ever since. Both the Howards are broker associates.

Year after year, the two have been in the top 10 for the company. They have received Diamond Sales Awards and the Service Excellence Award. Their fellow sales associates voted for them to receive the Team Player Award. The Howards have both earned their GRI designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute, which is awarded to those in the industry with a keen understanding of the real estate business. They are also Accredited Buyer Representatives, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
