Born Dec. 16, 1985, in Oil City, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Robert J. Vincent of Tionesta and Tim and Roni O'Neil of Knox. Ms. Vincent was a 2004 graduate of Agoura High School and was attending Moorpark College. She was an amazing student, nanny, friend and mentor to all who knew her. Her family, including numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, played a precious role in her life as did the ocean, sailing and working to preserve the Bay area. She had received high recognition from the Girl Scout Council and other awards for her work as a co-founder of "Bridging the Gap," a program in which parents and students join together to communicate and help eliminate drug and alcohol abuse in high schools. In additon to her parents, Ms. Vincent is survived by a brother, Garth Vincent, and a stepsister, Katie O'Neil; maternal grandparents, Larry and Trink Benetti of Knox; paternal grandfather, Robert B. Vincent of Tionesta; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Ms. Vincent was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Ruth Vincent. Memorial Service will be held 4:00 pm on June 23, 2007 at the Agoura Bible Fellowship Church, located at 5564 Foothill Drive, Agoura Hills, California. The family suggests memoirals to be made to the San Fernando Girl Scout Council, 9421 Winnetka, Chatsworth, CA 91311, Attn: GAM Committee in memory of Jessica Vincent. |
