Boys & Girls Clubs announce new staff

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo & Las Virgenes has hired two new staff members.

Madeline Sattler has been hired as director of development and will provide leadership for the organization's fundraising programs. Sattler has worked for the American Cancer Society and Senior Concerns. Matching donations from board member John Scardino and board chair Cal Johnston made her appointment possible.

Wendy Brenner will be the community relations director. She has a background in education, organizational development and nonprofit fundraising. She has served as a fundraiser and events planner for United Way, St. Jude's Hospital, City of Hope and People Coordinated Services.
