Schools get a little help from their friends

Friends of Oak Park Schools will present a check for $100,000 to the Oak Park Unified School District at its June 12 school board meeting.

Friends of Oak Park Schools has designated the funds to be spent on a handson science specialist/coach to help add more experiential learning in the science departments. The contribution will also fund the district's music programs.
