Enjoy old time barbecue

The Calabasas Historical Society will host the Old Town Western Barbecue from 3 to 6 p.m. Sun., June 10 at Leonis Adobe Museum, 23537 Calabasas Road, Calabasas.

Sagebrush Cantina will provide the dinner with all the trimmings and their famous bread pudding. A no host bar will be available.

Activities include a docent-led museum tour, barnyard animals and corral, entertainment by Michael Sullivan living history and scholarship awards, dancing, door prizes, raffles and more. Western attire is encouraged.

The cost is $30 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12. This fundraiser supports scholarships in the history and agricultural departments at Pierce College. For information, call (818) 347-9356.
