A pre-teen beauty queen

THERE SHE IS- Ten-year-old Kaylin Mouchwar of Newbury Park is semi-finalist in her division competing for the title of American Coed Pre-Teen Queen at the American Coed Pageant during Memorial Day weekend. The pageant is for girls ages 13 to 18 years and promotes the theme, "Being the best you can be." Kaylin will attend Oaks Christian School in the fall and is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Agoura.
