Serving time for a good cause

JAILBIRD- Lupe Padilla-Mitchell is guilty as charged- guilty of having a big heart and doing good deeds, that is. The local art gallery owner was "arrested" by representatives of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and a local LAPD officer and thrown into a makeshift cell at the Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas. Once in the klink, she and other culprits were encouraged to call friends and associates to raise bail, all of which went to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
