Create video games, websites at summer camp

PlanetBravo's Techno-tainment Camp, a summer event for children in West Los Angeles for the past several years, will come to Calabasas this year. Registration is taking place. Sessions run for one week each and begin June 25 at most locations.

This camp teaches students a variety of technology skills such as video game creation, web design, robotics, Hollywood movie production, podcasting and more.

Camp also includes indoor and outdoor activities such as karaoke, Ultimate Frisbee, Capture the Flag, and its own signature game, 9-square.

Some students leave camp with several multimedia projects in their chosen area of study. Other students focus on one master project for one or more weeks of camp.

According to camp organizers, PlanetBravo's mission is to provide fun, confidenceboosting experiences where children explore, study and share multimedia technologies.

PlanetBravo strives to make all campers happy through positive reinforcement, special recognition and humor.
