Enjoy winemaker's dinner

Cosmos Grill in Calabasas will host the Raymond Vineyards Winemakers Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Mon., June 11.

Ryan Lee, Raymond Winery principal, will be pouring four of their newly released wines, including the 2005 Reserve Chardonnay, 2003 Reserve Merlot, 2003 St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon and 2005 Elegance Lake Harvest.

The event will include a fourcourse meal of seared fresh ahi tuna salad, wild mushroom ravioli with sage butter, grilled New Zealand lamb chops and mixed fresh berries with vanilla bean creme and homemade fudge.

Raymond's Vineyards launched the label with the first vintage in 1974, followed by more than 30 years of producing California wines, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Merlot.

Very limited seating is available for this dinner, and advance reservations are required.
