Student recognized

Camille Mahlknecht, a student at Lindero Canyon Middle School, has been named a United States National Award winner in the subject of English by the United States Achievement Academy.

Camille is the daughter of Cheri and Henry Mahlknecht of Agoura Hills.

Students are selected based on recommendations by their teachers, coaches, counselors and other sponsors and on standards of selection as defined by the academy.
