Dance school to perform in New York
Students selected to appear at Radio City Music Hall
Students from A Step in Time School of Dance in Calabasas will travel to New York City this summer to perform at Radio City Music Hall and study at American Ballet Theatre in New York for a ballet intensive. They were selected from auditions held at various dance schools throughout the country.

A Step In Time has been serving the local dance community for 18 years. Students have performed at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City, the Sydney Olympics, Sydney Wonderland, Fox Studios, on cruise ships, at Clippers games, the Calabasas Pumpkin Festival, Pepperdine University, Magic Mountain and Disneyland.

Under the direction of Dawn Smith-Theodore, the school offers classes in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hiphop, musical theater, acrobatics, lyrical, ballroom, theater dance and special classes for preschoolers.

Dance camps and intensive workshops, including choreography, for ages preschool through teen will be available this summer.

Last year the school expanded to include gyrotonic, gyrokinesis, Pilates, triathlon training and individual fitness training.
