Russell Ranch project reviewed

The Westlake Village City Council will review a development project for a site on Russell Ranch Road during its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wed., May 23 at 31200 Oak Crest Drive.

The proposed project consists of two four-story office buildings and two restaurant pads on a 21.5 acre site.

At the review, the applicant will describe the project in terms of the site plan, building orientation, parking layout and initial building elevations, and answer any questions raised by the council. Public comments will be taken after the applicant's response.

The concept review is not a public hearing; no action will be taken by the City Council. Community residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
