Carolyn Herrera

The honors for top producer in January 2007 for Prudential California Realty's Oxnard/Channel Islands office went to Carolyn Herrera.

For the past eight years, Oxnard native Herrera has been a successful Realtor in Ventura County. She has knowledge of local schools since she has attended them. While going to beauty school, Herrera discovered that she was a "people person" and was encouraged by a client who thought she had the talent to become an excellent real estate agent.

She has received many awards over the years for her production and has acquired the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, a rigorous program for professionals.
