'Little Shop of Horrors' to open

Oak Park High School will present a black box production of the musical "Little Shop of Horrors" at 7 p.m. Wed., May 16 through Sat., May 19 at the school's Pavilion Theater, 899 N. Kanan Road, Oak Park.

The musical tells the story of a young man's search for love through an alien plant life with a voracious appetite.

Each performance will have different actors in the roles of the lead characters.

Ticket sales will begin 45 minutes before showtime. Prices are $20 for premium seating. General admission tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors. Wednesday's student bargain price is $5.
