New West to host Symphony of Wine dinner and auction

The New West Symphony will host its Symphony of Wine VII Dinner and Auction at 3 p.m. Sun., June 24 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Two Dole Drive, Westlake Village.

The dinner, which supports the symphony's children's youth programs, will be a gourmet fourcourse dinner featuring dishes prepared by executive chefs from Four Seasons hotels in Westlake Village and Beverly Hills and from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

The live and silent auctions will include wines that can only be obtained at the event, an inhome dinner for eight prepared by Valentino restaurant and tickets for Yosemite's Bracebridge Dinner.

Justin and Deborah Baldwin, proprietors of Justin Vineyards and Winery in Paso Robles will be honored as this year's Maestros of Food and Wine. Tickets are $250 per person and are available by calling Katy Roth at (818) 2251795.
