About those HOA rules . . .

Most homeowner association rules are for the good of the community. The rule that prohibits children from playing outside and confines them to their homes is not one of them!

This would not be accepted in any country in the civilized world- in Third World countries with curfews, maybe.

I guess the HOA rules are for grown-ups only and children's well-being and development does not count.

If this rule were enacted over the whole of America, how do you think the general population would react? Derek Gardner Oak Park
