The Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center offers a variety of new classes. Because the classes fill quickly, it is recommended that patrons register at least one week in advance.

+Monday night basketball clinics for children run from June 4 to 25. Ages 6 to 9 meet from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m.; ages 10 to 13 meet from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m.; and ages 14 to 18 meet from 8:45 to 10 p.m. Cost is $120.

+Bridge Basics is a Thursday class for all ages from 10 a.m. to noon, May 24 through June 21. Cost is $50.

+Mah-jongg is a Monday class for all ages from 10 a.m. to noon, May 14 through June 11. Cost is $30.

+Tribal Belly Dancing is a Saturday class for those age 15 and older will be held June 23 through Aug. 18. Level 1 meets from 11 a.m. to noon, and level 2 meets from noon to 1 p.m. Cost is $80.

+ABC Music and Me, created by Kindermusik, will be presented Tuesdays from June 5 to 26. "Marvelous Me," is for children ages 2 to 4 and will meet from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. "Under the Rainbow" is for children ages 4 to 6 and will meet from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Cost is $45.

The summer 2007 recreation brochure should be delivered to local homes by the end of May.

Instructors with ideas for classes and the ability to teach Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. are welcome to contact the community center.
