Calabasas Fine Arts Festival coming to town
Sculpture artist to display colorful vases

The city of Calabasas will sponsor the 10th annual Fine Arts Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat. and Sun., May 5 and 6 in the parking lot behind the Calabasas Library, 23975 Park Sorrento.

Admission is free and on-site parking is $5. Proceeds will benefit the Calabasas Arts Council.

The show will feature new and returning artists and artwork in glass, acrylic, mixed media, metal, wood, photography and jewelry.

Fred Stodder will exhibit angular, multicolored vases and other sculptures. He is a ceramic artist whose work has been displayed at shows and museums such as the Laguna Art Museum and the La Jolla Festival of Arts.
