The newest Prudential California Realty office will open in the Paraiso center in Dos Vientos Ranch, which opens in the summer of 2007.

Joanne Nelson, one of the company's highestranking agents among its 260 real estate professionals, is known as a Dos Vientos specialist. She proved this to be true with her production in 2006, when she won the Prudential Chairman's Circle Gold award. She also earned nine monthly production awards for Prudential's Thousand Oaks Regional office.

The new office is at one end of the Paraiso center and across the street from Sycamore Canyon School. "My move to PCR's Dos Vientos branch is most welcome," said Nelson. "My daughter attends Sycamore Canyon. I t will be so nice to pull into work, walk her across the street and then return to the office and begin my representation of such a great neighborhood."

Nelson has lived in the Conejo for almost 30 years and in Newbury Park since 1978. She moved to Dos Vientos in 1999 at the inception of the development.

"Listing and selling these homes in the community that I live in and love is a pleasure," said Nelson. "There are so many wonderful people and so many wonderful homes. I'm delighted to help my clients find the perfect match for them. We are all excited about the new restaurants and shops. This will be a wonderful opportunity for every Dos Vientos resident."

She awaits the selection of her fellow team members by broker/owner Bob Majorino as they begin to fill the new building and work cooperatively to make Prudential California Realty's Dos Vientos office a "wonderful facility for an already incredible company."
