Lisa Topor

In February, Prudential California Realty held its yearly banquet at the Spanish Hills Country Club. Veteran agent Lisa Topor was in the limelight that morning, the recipient of a number of awards, all of which helped to illustrate her successful career.

Topor has long held the title as the top agent in PCR's Camarillo office. Her first achievement of the day was taking the national Chairman's Circle Gold award for her production in 2006. Within the Prudential organization, an agent who has been a member of the Chairman's Circle for five years or more joins the Legend group. A much smaller group is comprised of the 10-Year Legend winners. On that morning, Topor joined that group as its newest member.

Toward the end of the ceremony, owner/broker Bob Majorino announced the top 20 agents in the company, which is comprised of more than 260 real estate professionals. Topor was not only on the list but again achieved the number one spot for the Camarillo office.

Topor garnered the award for top listing agent in January for Camarillo. In 2006, she earned six such awards for top listing agent and top producer. She is consistent, driven, amiable and concerned about all of her buyers' and sellers' transactions. It's no wonder that Topor's success is built upon referrals and the repeat business of satisfied clients.
