The Raymond T Dilbeck Memorial Award is presented to the person within the company who demonstrates character, integrity, honesty, hard work, caring support for others and a commitment to family, both personal and professional. "These are the qualities that Richardson exemplifies," said Mark Dilbeck, president of Dilbeck Realtors. The ballroom at the Odyssey Restaurant in Granda Hills set the stage for this year's event to honor the company's outstanding achievers of 2006. This year's theme was "Dateline Dilbeck . . . Generations of Trust for Generations to Come," and more than 450 agents attended. "We are extremely excited that we will remember 2006 as a year of tremendous opportunity, progress and transition. Throughout the year, we at Dilbeck Realtors remained focused on the long-term, making decisions centered on helping each of our sales partners to be more productive while providing superior service," said Dilbeck. Richardson was also named First Place Associate of the Year in her Westlake Village office, a position she has held for the past 15 years, and she will once again take her place on the President's Council, which is composed of the top 2 percent of sales associates in the company plus the top award winner in any office who is not represented in the top 2 percent. This council meets with the management team periodically to help develop new ways to succeed in today's real estate market.
