Elmo and friends to make music in T.O.
Muppet friends search for lost instruments

Sesame Street Live will present "Elmo Makes Music" May 24 through 27 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd. Showtimes are 7 p.m. Thurs., May 24; 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Fri., May 25; 10:30 a.m., 2 and 5:30 p.m. Sat., May 26; and 1 and 4:30 p.m. Sun., May 27.

The show features Jenny, a music teacher who arrives on Sesame Street and discovers her instruments are missing. Her new Muppet friends come to the rescue and discover instruments they never knew existed- rubber duckies, trash can lids and cookie jars.

Songs performed include "The Hustle," "You Should Be Dancing," "Rockin' Robin," "C is for Cookie" and "The Alphabet Song."

Tickets are $15 and $22, with a limited number of $27 Premium seats and $37 Gold Circle seats. On opening night, all seats are $12. The Friday 10:30 a.m. kid's matinee seats are $10 for school and day-care groups of 10 or more. A facility fee of $3 will be added to all ticket prices.
