Eating for Kevin Fund established
La Salsa at The Commons will donate percentage of net sales

FIGHTING- Ten-year-old Kevin Cordasco, who was recently diagnosed with neuroblastoma, will receive donations from a community fundraiser.

La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill at The Commons shopping center, 4799 Commons Way in Calabasas, will donate 25 percent of all net sales to Kevin's Fund tonight when the Talbert Family Foundation holds a fundraiser for the fund.

Kevin Cordasco, a 10-year-old student at Chaparral Elementary School in Calabasas, was diagnosed last September with neuroblastoma, a tumor near his kidney that had spread into his bones.

The Talbert Family Foundation is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial aid to families with children who have cancer.
