Toastmaster wins speech contest

Susan Mayberry will represent the Warner Center Toastmasters at the Toastmasters International Division Speech Contest on Sat., April 28.

Mayberry previously won the area speech contest and placed second in the March 17 Evaluation Contest at Countrywide Home Loans in Westlake Village.

Last year, Mayberry won the area, division and District 52 contest encompassing Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley. She advanced to the Toastmasters regional contest in Hawaii.

Mayberry has been a club member since 1998.
