The Calabasas City Council generally meets the first and third Wednesday of every month at 7.30 p.m. at city hall. Meetings are telecast live on CTV cable Channel 3. Broadcasts are repeated the following Thursday at noon and on Saturday at 10 a.m.

The planning commission generally meets the second and fourth Thursdays of every month at 7 p.m. at city hall. Meetings are televised live, with a repeat broadcast the following Sunday at 10 a.m.

Other commission meetings are held on Tuesdays at 7.30 p.m. at city hall, and are telecast live on CTVTV. Broadcasts are repeated the following Wednesday at noon.
