Joanne Nelson

The award for top producer from Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks Regional office for December 2006 was won by Joanne Nelson. This is the seventh time this year that Nelson has garnered top producer for the Thousand Oaks office. She has also been the top listing agent eight times and the top selling agent twice. This brings her year's total to 18, an amazing accomplishment and a testimony to Nelson's dedication and expertise.

Not only honored with monthly awards, Nelson took Prudential's Chairman's Circle Gold award for excellent production in 2005. She also joined the Gibraltar Circle as one of the top 20 agents in Prudential California Realty for 2005.

Nelson has been a Conejo Valley resident for more than 25 years and has a background as a travel and relocation specialist for an international corporation. She is a Dos Vientos specialist and works to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals.
