Westlake townhome is raffle prize
Waterfront home is worth $ 1 million

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo & Las Virgenes are conducting a raffle with 56 cash prize drawings, including the grand prize- a lakefront townhome in Westlake or $1 million.

Tickets are $150 each and those bought by March 31 will qualify for the first Early Bird drawing for 18 cash prizes from $300 to $10,000. Winning tickets are kept for subsequent drawings.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and need not be present at the drawings to win.

According to Dianne McKay, club president, no more than 25,000 raffle tickets will be sold, and the money raised will help "the Boys & Girls Clubs in their $10 million capital campaign to develop four additional clubs in the local communities to provide before- and after-school programs."
