Joe DeCarlo

Joe DeCarlo is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and was awarded Top Agent International Diamond Society and also honored for outstanding performance. As a member of the California Association of Realtors, DeCarlo's mission is to provide his clients with "superior service through dedication, integrity and uncompromising excellence." Joe prides himself in his ability to make the buying and selling of residential properties an effortless and stress-free experience.

As an ambassador to the Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce, DeCarlo welcomes new businesses into the Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and Agoura areas, keeping his fingers on the pulse of the local community.

DeCarlo's occupational experiences encompass a wide professional entrepreneurial diversity. A graduate of the University of Hartford, he has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and has worked with NASA engineers on the International Space Station. As an entrepreneur, he owned and operated a bagel store known as "Just Bagels" in Agoura Hills for more than eight years. His favorite hobby is cooking, and many of his friends consider him a gourmet cook. When asked to pick from all his experiences, DeCarlo said "Finding the right home for my clients is my greatest reward."
