Agoura Hills Office complex purchased for $22 million

Village Corporate Center, a 109,000squarefoot office complex in Agoura Hills, sold for $22 million to a group of Westside Los Angeles investors, a real estate spokesperson said.

TR Funding of the Conejo Valley sold the two-building office complex at 30077-30101 Agoura Court to The Klein Family Trust of Brentwood. Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

Phase one comprises 69,000 square feet and phase two, scheduled for completion this June, is 31,000 square feet. More than half of the phase two space will serve as headquarters for Internet service provider ISWest, which signed a 10-year lease.

Designed by Neal Scribner of Thousand Oaks, the offices near the 101 Freeway can be reached reached via Reyes Adobe Road and Kanan Road.
