Award-winning agent Rick Cobos has received a vote of confidence from broker/owner Bob Majorino and the upper management team at Prudential California Realty. At a recent sales meeting at the Oxnard/Channel Islands branch, Cobos was named the new associate branch manager. This is the latest management position he has earned within the company.

Last year, Cobos assumed the position of associate manager at Prudential California Realty's Camarillo office. Both appointments place him in the position of being a mentor to all of the agents and their liaison to upper management.

Regional manager Jim Chutuk will work alongside Cobos at both locations, along with administrative manager Kathleen Lucas. "It's great being part of a management team whose philosophy is dedicated to directing the agents towards superior productivity, ongoing education, and consummate professionalism," said Cobos.
