Leno brings chuckles to The Canyon

Jay Leno, NBC's "Tonight Show" host, will perform a benefit show for Tri-Valley Special Olympics Wed., March 7 at The Canyon club in Agoura Hills.

All proceeds from the evening, including a silent and live auction, will go to fund the TriValley Special Olympics sports and competition programs.

Corporate and VIP sponsorship tables are available from $500 to $5,000. Tickets are on sale through TicketMaster for $50. Dinner reservations can be made by calling The Canyon club at (818) 879-5016.

Tri-Valley Special Olympics is looking for new athletes with intellectual disabilities to train and compete in basketball, tennis, bocce ball, track and field, swimming and gymnastics.

More than 800 athletes participate in these sports throughout the San Fernando Valley, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Glendale and Burbank. These programs are free to special athletes and their families.
