A headline for last week's story about the Styrofoam ban in Calabasas incorrectly stated that the "law goes into effect next week." While the ordinance banning polystyrene products was adopted Feb. 21, the actual prohibition doesn't begin for one year.

The barbecue scheduled for volunteers after the annual Community Creek and Canyon Cleanup on Feb. 24 will be held at Paramount Ranch, not the southeast corner of Agoura and Kanan Roads.
