Sweets for your sweetheart
HEART-SHAPED WORLD- Four Seasons executive chef Sandro Gamba, right, and pastry chef Celine Plano put the finishing touches on a heart-shaped dessert they call passionately roseraspberry. The delicate dolce is part of the Valentine's menu available through Sat., Feb. 17 at the Hampton's restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village. Entrée choices include a smoked salmon dungeness crab galette, a duet of Maine lobster, a peppered tenderloin beef and a savory roasted Atlantic cod. The Valentine menu includes his-and-her companion desserts- the passionately roseraspberry and the passionately gingerchocolate.
