PRETTY THINGS- Zonta Club member Kathleen Bradley of Westlake Village shows her new jewelry to Shirley Thomas, of Westlake, and her son, Gary, visiting from St. Louis. The friends were part of the club's wine and cheese party on Sunday. The Zonta Club of Conejo Valley, a women's organization, hosted celebrity authors Paula Poundstone, Harley Jane Kozak and Mariel Hemingway, who spoke and signed books. Proceeds from the event benefited family safety and education programs.
