Parenting workshop on sensory issues scheduled

A free parenting workshop dealing with sensory issues faced by children with autism and other development differences will be presented from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Mon., Feb. 12 at the Oak Park Community Library, 899 Kanan Road, Oak Park. The workshop is sponsored by Ventura County Special Education Local Plan Area.

The topic will be presented in English, but Spanish and sign language interpretation will be available. Child care is provided. Preregistration at least seven days in advance is recommended.
