Rick Cobos

Rick Cobos has been recognized by Prudential California Realty's Camarillo office as its top listing agent for November 2006. Cobos is an awardwinning agent and has been named by broker/ owner Bob Majorino to management positions within the company. Cobos' enthusiasm and knowledge gave him the opportunity to be appointed associate manager for Prudential's Oxnard/ Channel Island branch in 200102. Last year, he assumed the same function at the Camarillo office, placing him in the position of being a mentor to all of the agents and a liaison to upper management.

Cobos is respected for his concern for his fellow real estate professionals. Indicating management's trust in his abilities, Cobos was named as the new manager of the Channel Islands/Oxnard office earlier this year. He will continue to assist in Camarillo, while maintaining a real estate career based on referrals and repeat clientele.
