Pat Helton

Pat Helton, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker's Westlake Promenade office, has renewed her sponsorship for Colina Middle School in Thousand Oaks for 2007. Helton has assisted Colina by donating a school-to-parent outreach communication system valued at $10,000 for the past five years. In addition to the communication technology, School-Team and Pat Helton provide further support for Colina through a fundraising opportunity. Pat Helton will donate $1,000 for any real estate transaction with, or referred by, a Colina Middle School family.
