She is a past president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors, active in the California Association of Realtors, mediator for the Superior Court of Los Angeles and former broker/ owner of her own real estate company, Casa Conejo Realty. In addition, she was the recipient of the Realtor of the Year award in 1986 and the only person to have been twice named RealtorAssociate of the year by the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

Dutton brings a wealth of marketing and business development experience to real estate. As a former vice president of marketing with a large national firm, Dutton has represented notable clients such as Nordstrom, Safeway and Chevron. She serves as president of the Sunset Hills Homeowners Association, serves on the board of directors for Thousand Oaks Little League and volunteers on the PTA for Weathersfield Elementary.
