A very brave spokeswoman

I attended the event where Nonie Darwish spoke. She is a very brave woman who felt intimidated to speak out against radical Islam until 9/11.

There are those who wish to silence moderates like Nonie because she and others are trying to open our eyes to what is being taught to Muslim children and broadcast daily by Arab media. If you want to understand Nonie's message of hope and acceptance, read her book "Now They Call Me Infidel."
