Seminar helps seniors to plan for the future

The Conejo/Las Virgenes Future Foundation will convene the third annual Senior Congress from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wed., Jan. 31 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 5801 Kanan Road, Westlake Village.

The topic for this year's program is "Roadmapping Your Future- Plan While You Can." A light lunch will be served.

Admission is free but seating is limited, and reservations are required by calling (818) 880-1054.

Many seniors fail to realize that to live long, enjoyable and productive lives, they need to do careful long-range planning for a number of factors that affect the quality of life.

A panel of speakers will discuss legal planning, financial considerations, lifestyle choices, transportation for nondrivers, information for loved ones and completing the journey.
