Fitness class for special kids

A fitness class for special needs children will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sun., Jan. 14 at Monarchs Gym, 5331 Derry Ave., Ste. H-C in Agoura Hills.

The program is sponsored by the Conejo Valley Friendship Circle and is run by BMod Fitness.

The program is designed to give special needs children an opportunity to become fit, gain better control of their body, improve motor skills and learn to interact with other children.
